Storyline:
Rick Grimes is a former deputy sheriff who was in a coma for several months after the launch of the service. When he awoke, he discovered that the world has been taken over by zombies, and he seems to be the only one still alive. After returning home to find his wife and son missing, headed to Atlanta to find his family. Narrowly escaping death at the hands of zombies on arrival in Atlanta, he was assisted by another survivor Glenn, who took Rick to camp outside the city. Rick does not find his wife Lori and son Carl. Along with partner and friend Shane, he founded a small group of survivors who are struggling to fend off the hordes of zombies, and compete with other groups of victims who are willing to do anything to survive.
